The Official Free Press Marathon Interactive Training Program with Coach GP.

GP is one of the most innovative coaches in the running community, employing the same training methods that took his marathon time from 4:41 to a 2:34 and his mile time from 10 minutes to 4.21, both in less than 8 years.

A nationally renowned coach, GP aims to bring out the best in athletes at all levels, all ages, and from novice to Olympian. He is a USA Track & Field Level 2 certified coach.

Many of you will recognize GP’s distinctive British accent from our Marathon, where he has served as the Start/Finish line announcer.
